Is it safe to buy from bodzilla.ie?
Yes it is. Your personal details are 100% secure. Bodzilla.ie has employed industry experts from Continuum Technologies and RealEx Payments to design and implement our security systems to the highest standards. It is impossible for your credit card details to be stolen during a transaction as they are not held in clear text on any website. We never receive your complete credit card details or store them on our network. Instead, credit cards are processed using industry standard 2048-bit encryption and then securely decrypted once they reach Realex’s payment processing system. Will bodzilla.ie pass on my personal details to any third parties?
Never. We will never sell, rent, loan, trade or lease your personal information anybody else. We wouldn’t like it if it happened to us so we’re not going to do it to you. Any information collected on this site is used by us – and only us - to improve your shopping experience. We hate spam clogging up our inbox as much as you do. For this reason we ask for your expressed permission before sending you our monthly newsletter or, from time to time, emails about our special offers and new product lines. What about cookies?
We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our site, the contents of your shopping cart, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. (A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites.) Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies but usually you can change the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept laser/debit card and all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Laser and JCB. Credit card numbers provided through our payments system are processed using industry-standard security secure socket layer (SSL) 2048-bit encryption. How long before I receive my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours of clearance of funds which means you should have your package within 2-10 working days if you live in Ireland. Delivery to the UK and Europe generally takes between 3-14 working days, while you should allow between 7 and 28 working days if you live outside the European Union. If we cannot deliver your goods within the agreed time we will inform you immediately and arrange another time for delivery. Further details can be found on our Delivery page.
How much does bodzilla.ie charge for shipping?
All orders with a value over €75 are delivered free of charge to Irish postal destinations. Orders under €75 are delivered by An Post at a subsidised rate of €3.50. Postage to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world is set at the subsidised rate of €4.99. If you are out when the postman calls, you may have to pick up your parcel at your local mail centre. The total cost of your order, including shipping, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
What about customs charges?
If you’re based outside the EU your order may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you will be liable. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be – or whether they’ll be applied at all. Also bear in mind that customs personnel may open your parcel to check the contents. Again, this is beyond our control.
On the positive side, there is no customs charge applied to orders within the EU.
Must I pay Vat/sales tax?
All prices are displayed inclusive of vat (sales tax) at 21%. Customers outside the EU do not have to pay vat. Vat refunds, when necessary, will be applied during checkout. If you are eligible for a vat refund please email us at info@bodzilla.ie when you are placing your order.
What's your policy on refunds?
When you buy from bodzilla.ie you can return the goods or cancel the service within a seven day ‘cooling-off’ period. Just email us at info@bodzilla.ie to arrange this. You must pay the cost of return postage. Gift certificates cannot be cancelled because they are automatically emailed to the recipient. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons unless the item is faulty. If you have any questions about your order please email us at info@bodzilla.ie
Is there a guarantee?
bodzilla.ie offers a 28-day product exchange or refund if the goods arrive faulty damaged or are not what you ordered, based on your original method of payment. We will offer to replace faulty goods at no cost to you. However, this excludes incorrectly ordered items. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
How can I get an update on the status of my order?
The easiest way to find out about the status of your order is through the View Account page or check your email for your order updates.
How do three-for-two offers work?
Add any three qualifying items to your shopping cart and the lowest priced product will be free. The same principle applies to multiple quantities (eg, with six qualifying items, the two cheapest will be free of charge and so on).
